Refund Policy

At GoWash, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable laundry service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued and the non-refundable charges associated with our services.

1. Pickup Charge & Adjustments

  • A ₹100 pickup charge is collected at the time of booking.
  • If the total weight of the laundry exceeds 10kg, this pickup charge will be adjusted against the final bill.
  • If the total weight is 10kg or less, the pickup charge remains applicable and non-refundable.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • If a user cancels the pickup request after booking, the ₹100 pickup charge is non-refundable.
  • If the service has not yet commenced and the user requests a cancellation, any additional payment (beyond the pickup charge) will be refunded within [5-7 business days] to the original payment method.

3. Refunds for Service Issues

We take care in processing your laundry. However, if you experience service-related issues such as:

  • Severe damage or loss of items (as per our Terms & Service)
  • Incorrect service provided

You may be eligible for a refund or service credit, based on an internal review. Claims must be reported within [24-48 hours] of delivery.

4. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The pickup charge is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If the user is dissatisfied with the service due to pre-existing fabric damage, color fading, or manufacturer defects.
  • If incorrect pickup details are provided, leading to a failed service attempt.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within [5-7 business days] to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
